Hi all,

I have an interview next at the University of South Wales for PGCE post 16. This is the question they are asking me. I just need some help.
1)Explain how your experience and qualifications can be applied to courses on offer in the post-compulsory sector.

(At the interview, we are looking for evidence that you have undertaken some research into, and have some understanding of, the post-compulsory sector. This includes recognising the range of learners in the sector and the qualifications currently offered in colleges that you would be qualified to teach.)
