yeah, and they find it hard to get out of it , especially if they are not really selfish. At the end of teh day, what matters if your happiness and if the person is horrible , I don't think they appreciate it enough.
I don't personally know any, but enough of them seem to crop up on this site.

It depends what you mean by nice and horrible. What someone cna see from the outside might be a misleading impression as to how a couple really get on.

Do you mean domestic abuse or just someone that doesnt treat the other person well?

At the beginning then they might be all loved up and its only later that they discover or people become less compatible.
