Most sociable accomodation

I know it will depend mostly on the luck of who you end up with but generally is there an accommodation known for more sociable people?

I stayed in Hyde Park in LS6 and it is pretty sociable, yet well looked after by Niche homes

I've applied for James Baillie as my friend always raves about it and how there is always parties going on etc. I took a gap year this year but before I deffered, I got a place at JB. Just hope it happens again this year for my second time applying hahaha
