Does anyone know what kind of essay questions can be asked on women's suffrage in the Britain 1850-1951 topic? I know they can ask you on important factors/reasons for them gaining the vote, but my teacher briefly mentioned that you can also get a question along the lines of 'why did it take women so long to get the vote?' However, I can't find any information on this in my textbook, in any past/specimen papers, and she only gave me a page and a half of notes on this, so I'm kind of panicking...

"If a man speaks in the forest and there is nobody there to hear him is he still supporting the oppression of Women in Britain by upholding white male patriarchy?"
