Is it possible to get an offer?

So I am an International student and I have already applied to 5 different universities through UCAS, yesterday I recieved an email from the counselor of my school saying that University of Portsmouth is admitting students ( "On spot admission") after an interview and checking your grades in the british council here in my country. I was wondering if I can go and will I be able to get an offer although I already applied through UCAS?
