What is the difference between, arson with intent to endanger life, arson reckless as to whether life endangered and arson simple?

Can you give me examples of each?

The defendant threw a firebomb on the house of his old neighbor (neighbor from his old house). His neighbor apparently scratched his familys' car and the defendant wanted his own form of justice. The defendant threw a firebomb at the window (didnt break the window) and moderate ammount of damage was done. This was during day time. The defendant is a minor (14).

Is this arson w intent or arson reckless?
Will the defendant be remanded in custody?
    What is the likely sentence?
