Transferring university for the 3rd year - Advice needed please

I have never seen somebody be accepted into the third year of a course. This doesn't mean that it has never happened, simply that it is very rare indeed if it does. More likely is transferring into the second year somewhere which will be predicated on some combination of your A level (or equivalent) results and your attainment/ modules taken thus far on your course (as well as space etc.). Your first step is to get a list of the universities that interest you and call/email them to find out what their attitude to your application would be.
