Architectural history programmes?

I wish to do postgraduate study in the history of architecture. My options seem to be MA at UCL (the Barlett), MSc at Edinburgh, MA in the History of Art (Architectural History & Theory track) at York and PGCert at Oxford.

== How would you rank these programmes in terms of reputation and rigour?
== Which programs are more theory-focused and which are more empirical?

Thank you.

(My academic background: I already have a BA with a first in modern history and have studied the history of urban planning, but I do not have much art history. I speak French and German, which is usually required for these programmes.)
