AS level Edexcel english literature - Othello help!

Teacher told us something today about different interpretations of 'Othello,' including Marxist, Feminist, Post-structuralism, psychoanalytical, formalist, unorthodox, radical and conventional.
She didn't really explain them or give any examples so didn't know if you knew any? Do I really need to know these for the AS exam? How would you integrate it into your essay?
