PS4 and Revision

I wake up, brush my teeth, have my breakfast and start my revision at 12:00 am. I revise for about 5 to 6 hours before finishing about 8:00 pm(2 to 3 hours procrastinating). After i finish i do 1 of these 3 things: exercise, watch tv or surf the internet. My exams start 23rd of may. Ps4 allows me to cope with the stress and relax. However every time i go on my ps4 i feel like a waste man and that i am wasting my time playing games when i should be revising. I was wondering, is it the smart to go on ps4 when exams begin in 9 days and what would you do if you was in my shoes?

If your revision is where you want it to be, then its fine 60-90 mins just a wind down. Tbh though id probably just focus and do ps after the exams to keep focus. keep the other bits up exercise , sleep and diet. You cna binge play after.
