I think ive probably posted in the wrong forum but i wasn't sure where to put it.

I've been studying all day today, i put 8 hours in. Now my head hurts and i feel ill. I can't relax, trust me I'm trying.

Is it possible to over study? I don't know what to do. How do I revise and not over do it, but still do well in my exams.

Revise in small chunks 30 mins or an hour, then take a 5-15min break
Take a break when its just not foing in or switch subjects.

yes there's such a thing. revision for long, but nothing really goes in then thats overworking and also futile. u should stop now and go do something like listening to music
