Anyone know any british/english instrumental I can use that is copyright free ?

Yeah, just go to Youtube and search for 'copyright free music'. Find a tune that you like and use a YT downloader to download it.

I'd ask for permission first. The fact you'll search 'free copyright music' on youtube doesn't mean it's copyright free.

You can also check whether the author left any note in the video description with regards to copyright.

Most of it will probably be creative commons.
