    Hi all,

    Four of my seven exams are coming up next week (week beginning 16/05/2016) and I am freaking out so much. I've had to see a counsellor because of my exam anxiety and she said that it may be beneficial to my mental health if I don't do the WJEC Psychology AS exam tomorrow. I've tried to get into contact with a safeguarding officer at my school but she isn't replying, and so I'm panicking (again). I cannot afford to get anything below a B and I know that I'm going to fail this psychology exam.

    Guys, I have no idea what to do and I feel like I'm on the verge of a mental breakdown. Any advice?

    I know it's easier said than done..but if you feel like you've revised enough and practised enough then I don't see a reason why you should be nervous just take a breather
    You can do this!
    We can't spend time thinking about the what ifs when you can spend that time actually doing something (like writing quick notes and practising)
