on the morning of the exam, i am so nervous, i dont eat much. I dont usually eat early in the morning (6 am) because i normally get hungry around 8-9am.
Anyway, closer to the time of the exam when i reach school, i get quite hungry. In the exam, for some strange reason, my stomach starts rumbling and really growling quite loudly which can be embarrassing and also distracting

it normally helps when i clench my stomach but this doesnt always work. Any tip?

I have the problem where I don't like eating much due to nerves, so I eat a small breakfast before I leave the house, but take a snack to eat just before I sit the exam, which avoids the issue of unwanted stomach noises.
