    My name is Pawel.
I've applied for the maintenance loan 2015/16 and a the migrant worker status at the same time. I've been working in the UK since the first day I came in July 2014. However, I've read on this forum contradicting information and I'm worrying about my application because it's been more than two months now and I still haven't received any answer from SFE. At the moment, I'm working 24 hours a week, but from next academic year. I will work only 12 because every year is getting harder and harder. Can anyone tell me please how many hours I must work a week to be eligible for it. I'm really stressed and confused now.
Thank you very much for any help.
