will the certificate just show your grade (for eg, A) or also your marks like 75/75?

It really depends on how your school do it. Last year my school showed all the separate marks for each exam but I don't know whether all schools do it like that.

Your certificate will only show the overall grade for the AS level.

Your results statement will show your unit grades and unit UMS but not your actual unit marks unless your school produce their own results summary and choose to include the raw marks.
