SAAS application - previous studies

Why bother with a post grad? Are they even worth it? Have your say! 26-10-2016

Hello! I'm filling out SAAS application form right now. I just called them to ask query about previous studies and found out that you must mark any previous study programme you have taken, even though it was for 1 semester or a year only and you didn't complete it (to all those who have the same question).

But now I'm confused in which field should I mark that?
    1. "Have you changed college or university this year" - I WILL change, because I will withdraw my documents from my current uni and go to study to Scotland. So is it yes or no?
    2. "Are you, or will you be attending a College or University in any country other than Scotland for some or all of this year?" - if the question is about present, then the answer should be yes..? Does "this year" mean academic year 2016/17 or calendar year 2016?

    Thanks, if you can help!
