Just finished my first year at Birmingham and now I want to transfer to Brighton. About to call up their admissions to talk to enquire about it. Any advice on what to say and how to say it? Want to make a good impression... thank-you.

Just be up front and explain what you'd like, ask what information they need from you and ask them to confirm any promises in writing.
