Entitlement to maintenance loan when changing university

Figured I'd ask on here before emailing sfe directly. If you were to start a degree, and then change to another university after the first year are you still eligible for the maintenance loan? I know that you're entitled to 1 grace year plus the new degree, but are your maintenance loans reassessed, or can you still even get one?Many thanks
You're still entitled to a maintenance loan, yes. The formula used by student finance (you mention the grace year) does include the maintenance loan.
