I am guessing for constitution the 25 marker will be specifically on the constitution rather than judiciary because in 2013 it focused on the constitution itself, but 2014 and 2015 they did judiciary so it may be a pattern?

And idk if I'm gonna do Parliament yet so I can't help there :smile:

Can someone explain the "west lothian question". I get the part about scotish MP's being able to vote on matters that dont concern them but i'm struggling to understand the second part of it.
