The C1 paper was said to be hard, people thought the grade boundaries would be a bit lower. turned out that the grade boundaries were higher, a lot higher.

    Grade Boundaries for 2015 C1:
    A| 63/75 | 80 UMS | 84% (Average ~80%)
    B| 56/75 | 70 UMS | 74% (Average ~70%)
    C| 50/75 | 60 UMS | 67% (Average ~60%)
    D| 44/75 | 50 UMS | 58% (Average ~50%)
    E| 38/75 | 40 UMS | 50% (Average ~40%)
    U| anything lower

Was pretty much the same for 2014 too, although the paper was fairly easy. And for 2013 the grade boundaries were lower than average.

So clearly the boundaries went up a whole lot, despite people saying they would be lower...

The general consensus that this paper was harder than the 2015 paper. And the same is being said... "the grade boundaries will be lower"

    1. So, when people say that the grade boundaries will be lower this time, i don't see it, maybe I'm missing something?

    2. How do exam board decide to change the grade boundaries, if anyone knows (?)
