    Hey everyone,

I have decided the course I want to do in university, economics, I am taking Maths, Economics, and Business Studies - I also have an AS in Sociology. I'm going to get either AAA or AAB; which universities should I apply for next year? I mean I have looked at the uni tables but I want opinions from people who have gone to uni or have experience in some way...

You're going to get the same opinions that reflect the league tables. LSE, Warwick, Bath, Durham, Oxbridge etc. You should probably look into their locations, student testimonies and probably on other websites than TSR.

If you're not getting an A* in mathematics and an A in further maths, you're pretty much restricted to second tier universities for economics. I would advise taking a joint honours degree. There are lots of fantastic ones from revered universities. For example, LSE has ones such as Philosophy and Economics which requires 3As, as well as an Economics and Economic History course which requires AAB. UCL also has a new PPE course which requires only AAA.

    I'd suggest Warwick
