because i felt as if the unit 1 paper was kind of similar to 2014 paper

I doubt it, they would have calculated that students might think that so they're probably going for another approach. How did the unit01 go for you? I did fine but I didn't do the training of magistrates part of the magistrates question apart from the judicial studies board and MNTI2 because I didn't have time. Mind you, I've never had an exam in England before so it's extremely different from what I'm used to :/
