Firstly I am male, I attend hot yoga classes, I normally wear sports T shirt and shorts with hipster boxers underneath.

One of the girls at a class recommend men should wear tanga underwear as it allows greater flexibility. For those of you who don't know the side panels are basically cut away. Has anyone tried wearing these in a yoga class, obviously with clothes on top?

I have a friend who does......he stopped..didnt like it...he said he flet like his junk was gonna fall out.... :/

I do yoga and taekwondo, including doing the splits, in regular boxers (the fitted but somewhat stretchy material) and never felt restricted by them. I can't imagine wanting to spend money on special pants to increase my range of motion

Yeah fitted but stretchy boxers are what to wear. I do yoga too, nowhere near as bendy as BKS though!
