NTU classifications (nottingham trent university)

i know someone who got a first class degree in Health Psychology
in the rankings of universities, how hard/easy would it be to get a first class degree from this university in this field, would alot of work and effort have been put in to this in order to get a first
would it be relatively hard compared to another equally repped/levelled university.

are the degrees here fairly obtainable/easy to get, is the work easy
