Do we need to memorise the feature of each Domain and Kingdom?

So in the revision guide for OCR Biology A (new spec), there are two tables: one for the features of the Kingdoms (e.g. type of nutrition, nervous coordination, type of body etc.) and one for Domain features (e.g. types of RNA polymerase, cell structure, cell wall of peptidoglycan) - just wondering, do we need to know ALL these features for each table off by heart for the exam? The spec doesn't really specifically say. Thanks!

You do not need to memorise all of them, but need to know the vast majority. In the exam, they might tell you to give 2 or 3 features, so it is essential that you know a few.
