Would this count as CAS?

I am starting the IB programme next year, and I have a question about CAS.

I would like to start a blog to help fellow IB students with their revision for geography. Could this count as service or alternatively creativity? Because I am not sure what I should do for service otherwise. I want to play the piano regularly in an elderly home, but I doubt whether that will give me enough hours.

It could probably count in both categories but it sounds more like a CAS project to me than just an activity, depending on how much work you're planning on doing for it
