I'm quite bad at speaking in general. So french speaking is a nightmare. Does anyone have any advice on how to pronounce words in french better? On my last exam I got 2/5 marks for it. Thank you (:

Remember not to pronounce the endings of words if they end in a consonant and remember that plurals with an 's' on the end are generally not pronounced. Another quick way is to watch out for words like 'science' and 'natation' which should be pronounced 'sseeonce' and 'natasseon' respectively.

This website may help you to understand how to pronounce words: http://forvo.com/
It has recordings made by native speakers that you can listen to.
