should he leave me?

After 6 months, I feel like I'm the one who always makes me bf feel disappointed and have frustrated him more recently than before. So, I told him that I don't want to keep doing it and he should leave me. He says he wants to stay but, I don't think he understands. And he's also been making me sad and hurting me (not physical).And he's felt like he's loosing himself mentally and it's been a worry for him. And he's dealing with a lot. He wanted to escape recently, but we ended up arguing and almost got a train home. I decided to stay with him because I was worried, but he still needed to 'find himself'

Should I let him decide or what option should I give him?

If he is making you feel bad this early on I'd leave the guy. Easier said than done, but still.
