IBD offer - dui / FCA problem?
Hi all,
Received an offer from one of the IB's in London. I have a dui (drink driving) record from another country. In that country it is classified as an administrative offense (not criminal). Would i have a problem registering with FCA and passing DBS (CRB) checks? Anyone had this problem / has any knowledge? Is it better to disclose it?
