People have been saying you should do this, but what does this mean

So basically, you know the points you have made, you need to show an awareness/ understanding that you can link it to the questions, e.g. if there's a question about responsibility.

It means after you analyse your quotes and stuff explain how it answers the question. Eg if the question is how is courage portrayed, analyse your quotes on courage and say this portrays courage to be...etc

It means your answer must reflect the question you are being asked. That's all they are interested in. Understand the question, then you know what they want and can make sure your answer is relevant.

You basically regurgitate the question to show you are aware of what the question is asking and to make sure you stay on track.
