En-suite Room available over Summer for Durham students: IDEAL for postgrads

Hi all,

I have a room available in a brand new building by the train station and bus station. Double bed, large desk, en-suite bathroom with excellent shower, large and high quality kitchen. £125 per week, which is an excellent price for such a new building and with all your bills. It also has 24 hour staff and maintenance, so no need to worry about problems you may have.

Available for up to 8 weeks, starting Mid-July (flexible) to 16th September!
This is a great chance for any students who haven't lived here before, as you will be able to extend your contract in September, either in the same room or in a larger one.

I am leaving 2 months before my contract ends because I am moving to a new city to start my PhD!
