Is it worth doing really old past papers?

I'm doing OCR gateway A2 biology and I was wondering if anyone has found the 2000-2007 papers usefull.The units are quite mixed up across the papers.

In my opinion it can be very useful doing past papers up to around 2006 but if the specification has changed I would be careful that i am not learning stuff I don't need to learn. If you find that you are getting all the questions right on past papers up to 2010 then there is no point but for science subjects and maths and I would try to do as many past papers as possible.
