I've done it before and nothing has happened.

That may be so but they don't all act the exact same way; some will go alot further than others to prove how hard they are to their mates.

So what? If you do nothing, they'll consider you a soft touch and keep on doing it.

Besides if you tell the police that people younger than you were shouting at you, they'd laugh behind your back and dismiss it. Better fight fire with fire.
