I've got a whole sheet of these to do and this is one I'm stuck on:
0.160g of the salt KHC2O4.H2C2O4.2H2O reacted with 24.5cm^3 of a solution of potassium manganate (VII) solution. Find the molarity of the solution.
(At the top there's a list of half equations that may be needed for the questions - looking at them I think the relevant ones for this one are: MnO4- + 8H+ + 5e- --> Mn2+ + 4H2O H2O2 + 2H+ + 2e- --> 2H2O And possibly: H2O2 --> O2 + 2H+ + 2e-)
Help would be appreciated! I know a good starting place would probably be to combine 2 half equations, but the problem is that I don't know which ones to use, and if I use the first H2O2 one (which I think it is) then the electrons are on the same side and I can't cancel them out!
