    Go to GP amd them discuss either getting referred to a specialist hand therapist. They might consider surgery as its obviously not right.

    I'd be a little concerned if you are doing exams now , but you are saying you have put up with it for a while.
    If you are doing exams then you might wnat to ask for extra time so you dont have to exert so much pressire.
    You should also consider getting a pen that you cna write easily with.
    Also consider taking some painkillers Ibu or paracetamol.
