What d'you mean? They want you to solve the differential equation and use the boundary condition (0, 5) to find the arbitrary constant.
3. You have the differential equation from part i) and something in partial fractions from part ii).

Before you integrate your differential equation, rearrange it and you will get something that looks familiar from part ii). Then, integrate it.

They give you the values t=0 and h=5 so you can work out the constant of integration - after this you'll find it very straight forward to get it into the form required

Keep us posted if you need more help.
