AQA economics 12/14 mark answer structure

My teacher says to set it out like this

INTRO saying yes/no their are reasons against and for etc etc.

2 POINTS FOR...
PEE for each one

2 POINTS AGAINST
PEE for each one

CONCUSION:
-Strongest argument
-ethical reasons against/for
-long term consequences
-short term consequences
-final summary using question wording.



what other structures do you use for answering your question. I feel as if this one is very time cosuming and requires a lot of unecessary writing.
