Who is responsible for admission process at UCL?

I intent to study at UCL (Economics and Business with East European Studies) . Next week I'm going to London to get some info about how to be admitted in the case of not meeting every requirement . Who is responsible for the admission process at UCL? How to make an appointment before arrival? Who can I write or call to? Do you know the specific person who can help? I would also like to meet with the students of UCL, who were accepted, although they didn't meet the requirements . How to find them ?
