Type 1 Diabetes and Exams

Does anyone on here have T1D?
Do we get special consideration? What's the deal on this, lads?

I think with long term conditions, unless your symptoms are worse than usual then you wouldnt get it. You should get adjustments for the exam if you're insulin dependant for example if you have to take a rest break to take your medication correctly.

Moved to disabled students.

You won't get exam arrangements just because you have a long term illness / disability. You have to demonstrate how your long term illness / disability affects your ability to do exams.
