4. What if for the perimeter question, my x value was 15.6 instead of 16.6 as most people got, but my perimeter was still right (120m)? Would I lose any marks?
5. 8b) Rules of indices mean that:

2^2X+5 - 7(2^X)

2^5 * (2^2X) - 7 (2^X) = 0

We now have a quadratic in 2^X.

Let 2^X= X

Therefore, 32X^2 - 7X= 0

Factorise: X(32X-7)=0

Therefore, 32X=7

X= 7/32.

As we let X=2^X, 7/32 also equals 2^X

Therefore, X=log base 2 (7/32)

=-2.19
6. How many marks was trapezium part C and logs part B????

Guys last year for edexcel c2 it was 59 for an A THAT paper was easier with only 1 confusing question but not tough where this paper i found had a tough log question and lots of places slightly awkward in questions 9 or 10 is it possible, as this paper in my opinion was harder than last year that the grade bound for an A is like 57 due to what i said

Yeh, a TSR member called Arsey was famous for uploading model answers two hours after the maths exams. Today, the teacher informed us that Edexcel don't want the model answers to be uploaded.

I have no idea how you got 120m with the wrong x value.

I'm hoping for 74/75 but this was an easy paper compared to June 2015 (look at TSR polls) and the UMS last year was 75/75

For Q9 it was = pi x2 /3
