It was certainly easier than chemistry, but the biology one...well, that's certainly subjective!

you know the similarities of microwave and there was another wave, can I put they both heat materials and substances e.g. food?

I think the grade boundaries will be high as many people found it easy! maybe 48 for an A*

They should be equal. If the gap is smaller than the wavelength, the wave cannot pass through the gap. That's why your microwave oven uses small holes for trapping the microwave but not a full metal plate
