Why bother with a post grad course - waste of time? 17-10-2016
1. this is depressing
2. (Original post by ZakAli7)
Why is question 13 36% instead of 50%

30% of 800= 240+20%of 800=160
240+160=400
400 is 50% of 800
You found 20% of the wrong thing :0

anyone got an idea of the grade boundary?
166= a*
133=a
98=b
66=c
32=d
Etc

Judging by past grade boundaries, about 32
if I got 40 on here, what would I need to get on paper 2 to get a B?
9. Does anyone know what the grade boundary will be like? I reckon I got about 75/100

I totally messed this paper up. I got around 50 , I made so many silly mistakes and spend too long arghh so annoyed at myself now. I really want to get an A at least, do you think its possible to get an A overall if I do well on the other paper?
Yeh you'll need like 85 ish to get an A
11. Counted my marks quickly....I got 85 with a sh¡t tonne of stupid mistakes...
What do I need to get to secure an A*???
12. Also, on Q15 (box plot one), when asked to compare the distribution, would mentioning the IQR & Range be enough, or would I have needed to also mention the medium to gain that mark?

No, all you need is the IQR and medium they're crucial.
