I think the answer was 2x+3y=13
I think it was 4Y - 3X = - 19
2. (Original post by robellie77)
i think height was 8cm
Yeah i'm pretty sure the height was 8cm, just can't remember what the length was...think it was in the range of 10-20....
3. (Original post by a.v.a.v)

How Long?
6. You had to express the equation in the form ax+by=c, not by+ax=c
7. (Original post by BOBQ)
2 x a^2 +6 x b

b= - 2

a= -5

Was that not simplification?
8. (Original post by Martins1)
Was that not simplification?
that was the exact question

simplification is 50 -12 =38
9. Therefore the answer was actually -3X + 4Y= -19
10. (Original post by BOBQ)
that was the exact question

simplification is 50 -12 =38
oh good, i was right!

I'm not entirely sure but I'm fairly confident you had to differentiate the first one a second time because you are finding velocity not speed... And yeah the second part was definitely 2
In the order of differentiation it is distance speed acceleration, velocity is the vector equivilant to the scalar speed.

Anyone remember the precise question with the m=t-1/t+2? which number was it and what was the question?
That was the question: Make t the subject of the equation "m=t+1/t+2". I think it was either question 15 or 17
