Chem Unit 4 C NMR question (AQA)

I don't understand how I would get an answer for this question since it is CNMR rather than HNMR so there is less info given by the graph

On your data sheet carbon atoms bonded to other carbon atoms produce a peak between 5 and 40 ppm so the peak due to q is at approx. 22
