How's everyone's revision going?
2. I haven't actually revised M1 in like a month (oops) but we have plenty of time (so I hope... hahhaa)

I found the later M1 past papers quite challenging, have a go at at a couple of them and then learn the harder shiz you don't know l

Yeah, the most recent ones are hardest. I think all of the June 2015 papers are slightly harder than the previous years', and from C1 and C2 I think it's the same for our exams too..

Yeh, i agree. I thought the C1 and C2 exams this year were the hardest tho

a.) add all three forces together
b.) q=-17 and p= 14
c.) 16i-8j

That's what I have so far

1a) i got 0.4m/s
b) m was 15kg
2a) 12m/s
ii) 90.77m/s

3a) p=14 q=-17
b=16i-8j

4a) i think this was the probe a=3.94
cant really remember but the final velocity V might have been 1.1m/s?

5) cant remember, it was a question about an angle i think.

6a) mg+tsinx=R
b) T= 6 something

7a)the time it took was 1.76seconds
b) was 13m something around there
c) initial velocity 13.74m/s
d) air resistance negligable

lol it took me a while trying to make stuff equal to each other, but you can literally do it in 2 steps.
the horizontal distacne =13+2 so 15
you have the time it took at the angle cos50 which was 1.72 seconds
so you did like 15/1.72
and then you know that is the horzontal speed
and Xcos50=15/1.72
so X=(15/1.72)/cos50

there are many ways of doing this question, i dont dont you'll be penalized
18. I got 112m for the distance between the helicopters and 13.2ms^-1 for the speed at which to kick the ball, anyone else?
19. how did u get 13.2 i got 12.3 lol
20. Distance I got 106, got t=12 and subbed into the position vectors, found the difference between them and took the modulus of that value
