Should we segregate the underclass in Britain?

    No we shouldn't.

    In all honesty something like Victorian workhouses with a lot more health and safety and a lot more modernized, If you are on the dole due to being lazy or you are unemployed and need help you work doing manual labor or a job that is not too important or hard and you get food, a bed if needed and a small wage with food stamps so you cannot waste it all on drink/drugs.
    But this would only be temporary and people would be expected to be working towards a goal of getting a job/house.

    Obviously have to be more refined but this is a general idea
