While the OP is RIGHT that this DOES happen because the level of vulnerability increases the level of priority. So a native with NO kids who is FACING ****ING EVICTION is bumped down the ****ing queue because of migrants with loads of children. How DARE you minimise what people go through and how many HOMELESS ENGLISH people there are with labeling them as "right wing" and "LUNATICS?" The homelessness in this country spiked 300% because people are LOSING THEIR HOMES for A MULTITUDE of reasons and you call these people LUNATICS?

That being said this has NOTHING to do with being migrants.

@_icecream @john2054 As frustrating as it is being sat in council waiting to be called, and then being turned away because your situation aint "dire" enough or because there's a technical bureaucratic reason you don't "qualify" for HOME I know homeless migrants but it's ALL about the number of CHILDREN. There are English natives who walk in with 8 kids lol and they will get a home and BIG ONE before the English AND foreign single get even a SMALL FLAT.

Intellectually speaking you are.
You're probably one of those migrants who walks in crying and walks out with keys. And you laugh?

Honestly i feel sympathy for them, the father was saying that in romania he couldnt afford to feed his family and that if they were to remain there they would have starved. He wanted a better life for his kids and i cant argue with his reasons. i dont agree with them getting a four bed house a three bed would have sufficed but his kids were between four and ten and during winter it would have been even more dangerous for them. The only problem truey raised by the show was about the distinct lack of social or affordable housing

The more that arrive and get assistance and help as in the case of the Romanian family the more will follow and there is absolutely nothing the UK government can do about it because of the EU freedom of movement rule.
England is one of the most overcrowded countries just behind India. Immigration isn't going to stop even outside of the EU. The millions of refugees that have arrived in the past couple of months they will all want to come to England once they are handed EU passports.

Do you know how many people in the world would wish to move to the UK and be given a house for them and their 5 children? Multiple Billions..

Everybody wants a better life for themselves and their kids.. If i could take my neighbours car legally... it would improve mine and my hypothetical kids lives... So does that make it ok?

Yes we have a housing shortage but we cannot afford to build houses for an entire continent. jesus

Firstly you're equating stealing your neighbours car to not allowing your children to starve,i never said it was okay for them to move their family to another country without any finiacial, job,or housing security, i said that i understood their reasoning and only 5 percent of eu migrants ( migrants from outside the eu cannot claim for social housing)have received social housing in the uk and most newly arrived migrants and asylum seekers are banned from social housing schemes. The fact that 5 CHILDREN were homeless would have been the reason that they got housing.

Only five percent of migrants from the european union have social housing, asylum seekers, refugees and migrants from outside of europe are either officially banned or are ineligible for social housing.
Aren't those documentaries just exaggerated to get more views?

Thanks illegal. If only it were that simple. My wife works here and my step daughter goes to school here, so like i said, if only it were that simple!??

Your going to have to find some property which is semi-rural then and build a fence or wall around it. Most of my family in Derbyshire are turning their properties into compounds so burglars cannot steal anything within the property.

Foreign Scrappers are the worst for it. Lets say you have a bicycle on your back garden and the gate is open. They will literally walk onto your property and steal it.

We can't turn the clock back. I agree things are getting worse every day. All we can do is to try and build up a safe community within community, and invite others to join us here, with open arms. But they have to understand that this is our territory, thus you play by our rules, our laws, once here.

If they don't like this then they are more than welcome to return to whatever hellhole they came from okay?

Thanks again John.

I'm sorry John but mr immigrant is not going to listen to you. He is going to conquer you, take everything precious and then leave you to the dogs.

There is going to be no welcoming foreigners with open arms. The kind of people who are emigrating to Europe and Britain are those who have had their own countries turned upside down by Britain, USA and corporate tyranny.

Your not going to be able to bang a few peace drums like at a anti-nazi rally. This isn't about peace & unity. This about survival.

Over the last few years the world has been in a global deflation and it is bringing exporting countries to their knees. Combine that with the countries which have had their infrastructure destroyed and you have a perfect storm of refugees heading to Europe so they can survive.

For the moment you think your safe but when you combine the fact that we are heading into a huge recession you will see how screwed we are.

Watch this video and your see the USA has crossed the recession indicator and then compare that to the fact the FTSE100 being extremely volatile not knowing which direction its going either up or down. It means a rapid crash is brewing.
