    His team mates have constantly let him down as far as I'm concerned. Higuain and Aguero in particular.

    He won't be retiring anyway, what he said was said in the heat of the moment when he was clearly very emotional. He looked like a broken man after the match.

    He will have some time to think about this and will be available for selection again. He will realise that if he quits now he may regret it when he's older.

    You know, I always knew he was a bottler, said it many times when people suggest we (Arsenal) should be paying £50-60m for him. He had a big big bottle job at the WC final also.
    Every time he bottles a major tournament final, he then has a great season and I think he has turned a corner.

    He broke the record for most Serie A goals in a season this season and then he continues to disappoint at a major final, again.

    Half the team is retiring, Tata hasn't been paid for months and FIFA are investigating the Argentine FA....

    He actually had a pretty good game bar the penalty miss. What i don't understand is why they have such a mental block. Higuain too be fair made the chance for himself the one on one albeit he ****ed it up like he always does :lol:
