Basically, my mother's and father's relationship to the student(me) are switched, so therefore where can I change the relationship to the student, as they are wrong?
My mother's account is somehow showing as my Father, and my Father's account is showing as my Mother on my homepage on Student Finance England?
My Father couldn't find me when he put my customer reference number and put Father as his relationship to me, so he tried putting 'Mother' as the relationship to the student to test, and it worked. Now we've realized that his account is showing up as my Mother(with her name) on my homepage, and vice versa with my mother's account, which is showing up as my Father(with his name) on my homepage.
This is the page where my Father simply put Mother instead of Father(as the relationship to student) and it worked for them to get to the next page:
We realized this as my Mother's account status on my account changed to match my Father's account.
What should I do? Do I change this on my account? Or do I change it on my Parent's account? I seem to not be able to find where I can change it?
